Sushi is super low calorie. Just eat beforehand if you're really worried.

Unless dieting for a competition, I do not understand the fuss over a single meal.  Be intelligent with your choices and estimates the calories.  Done deal.

I prefer to hit my calories and have control over when I take a break/cheat/whatever meal instead of doing it just because something I'm going to for work gives me the opportunity.

Had to use bumper plates and 25's to deadlift today because a couple of dudes were literally using every 45 in the gym. As I was walking to the parking lot, I could still hear the weights being slammed down from inside. Beasts.
