Being an olympic gold medalist isn't the worst thing in the world.

I've been cutting for 3 weeks on 2400 cal and haven't really lost any weight. Lowest I've weighed was 185.5lbs which is only 1lb or so down. Have lost a small but noticeable amount of BF though. Lifting 4 x per week and about 60 mins cardio in total for the week. Thought I would be losing a lot faster - should I carry on with these calories or drop some more? It's odd considering I barely gain weight at 3500.

I'm not tracking cals this time around. I am in my head, but not writing it down or anything. Mostly eye balling everything.

Anyone got tips on decreasing the amount of sleep needed? I think it's mostly a genetic thing, but for the past three years I've been getting a solid 9-10 hours. As I get older and have more things I want to get done during the day, it's become a problem. I wish I could get a solid 7 and not feel like crap.

You're not wrong. But I'm currently looking for other solutions than a disabling narcotics addiction. biggrin.gif

It's only disabling once it gets bad though.

Coffee :nodding:

And from what I remember reading about sleep studies your body will adapt - even to only 5 or 6 hours. But if you sleep that amount your brain won't function as good as if you had slept more, you just won't have the feeling of being tired.

I took too much adderall before my GRE and didn't do as well as i'd hoped. I'm going to a city school though so it didn't matter.

I thought the GRE was supposed to be easier? I don't want to take either because I can't do grammar for shit. I don't know why masters admissions give a fuck about some bullshit test on retard maths and grammar, who the fuck cares about grammar, they should just give a decent maths test.

Not really sure why I'm looking at masters programs, if I get a FT offer out of my internship this summer I'll just go to them instead. Buy side at a fairly huge fund straight from undergrad would be nice. If not I'm looking at LSE Msc finance, Lse Msc finance and economics, Imperial Msc finance, Imperial Msc Risk and Financial Engineering or Oxford Msc financial economics. Imperial Risk and Financial Engineering is quant as fuck, but Oxford is more prestigious.

Anyone have a specific protein mix from TrueNutrition that they use? Or a promo code?
