hahaha I feel you, man. Sometimes I go on eating binges for no reason. Last time was when I got the flu a couple of monthgs ago, I couldn't work out (had no strength at all) and next thing I know I am chewing down M&Ms, Doritoes, all sort of sweets and candy and what not... I bet I put on like 5 pounds in just a week LOL
But I try to keep my frame as it is most of the time. I still have the same waist size I had in High School (although my quads and glutes are a lot bigger) and I will try to keep my body as it is for as long as I can... One year I tried the bulking thing but even though eating like there is no tomorrow is nice I saw myself on pictures and did not like what I saw AT ALL... and I had a hard time playing some sports (carrying all that extra weight)... and having to buy tons of new clothes and all...
Now I am in a place where I am truly happy with my body as it is. I have found my balance to look the way I want with and without clothes (which sometimes it is not an easy task).
