With volume I referred to weight x reps x sets, not just reps x sets.

Fuck it. I'm not planning on cutting anymore.

I'm just going to try to way better and maintain at this weight and see if i recomp over a few months. I did a quick chest and back session yesterday and my shoulder feels okay. Thank goodness.

Gonna take it slow though.

Yes, that's volume. Intensity is % of 1RM

Always feel like their should be a quadratic when calculating volume since 1*2*50% and 1*1*100% aren't exactly the same. Should be like reps*sets*(%1rm^2)

Yeah, and so volume contributes more to fatigue (it includes intensity) than intensity alone.

Yea I have been thinking about this. Rep max calculators are probably a good start. Quick check looks like its a fractional power (i.e. weight x reps ^ .87 looks about right) based on Ex-rx #s

Can anyone recommend some 15" laptops, preferably under or around 1.5k USD range, Windows, that's reliable, and preferably quiet and light? Also needs at least a 965m for games and stuff. Would like it to be as futureproof as possible. The most intensive tasks will be running CAD software and maybe some newish games but not required. Also would like something aesthetically pleasing so not most gaming laptops. Thanks

Light and gaming and future proof don't really go together...

DNP killing retards on the reg.

lulz why on earth she saw the need to do DNP when her problem could be solved with either milder compounds and an ok-ish diet or just with a good diet and no extras.

Seriously considering getting a Saturday job for the summer just to have an extra ~$1,000 in savings for when I start school. What should I look into?

It can be a little trying to just enjoy the nice athletic butts while trying to look past the shilling of a bunch of different fat-burning teas.
