^ Saks physical store or online?

I'll checkout target for sure.

I'm on a pretty tight budget since no income.

edit - Cool. Looks like saks it is. I'll get two suits which is even better, one for at end of bulk and one for at end of cut.

Went to the urgent care because my neck pain stopped at the end of my hyoid bone and today my thyroid area is super sensitive/tender. Doc felt my thyroid and all that jazz and didn't find anything wrong, said if I wanted to I could get a blood panel but recommended I do it through a primary care physician to save money and that he doesn't think whatever it is that's causing the tenderness is a huge deal. Fucking annoying but whatever at least I don't have any nodules.

Light grey is grossest suit colour. If you wear that shit with a yellow tie you can look like your on judge judy or some shit. Only navy blue 2 button notch lapel suits with white spread collar shirts somber ties and black oxfords. Got to look boring as fuck.

boringasfuck is the only way you'll look at least reasonable in low tier suiting, no?

All my suits are navy, over a dozen of them. A few are striped, but mostly solids. All are three-piece except for a db and a 2-piece with patch pockets for less formal occasions. I also wear white shirts 99% of the time. Very boring

Three piece isn't boring...

I am bored and want to try a different split. I typically rotate the same 3 splits/programs. 8 weeks on one, 8 weeks on the next, 2 week transitional program and then start again.

Coming into the 8th week of:

M - lower

T - upper

W - conditioning

Th - legs

F - push

S - pull

Su - rest

I'm all ears for anything with 2-3x week frequency, any more than that and volume will have to take a hit and I really don't like low volume (even if weekly volume is the same/high). Any suggestions? Otherwise I will probably just look for some kind of shoulder spec program.

2-3x frequency i.e. 2-3x each body part a week or 2-3x in the gym a week?

2-3x each bodypart. I generally train 6 days/week but can do 7.
