Seriously GN. Gym slash restaurant. A Planet Fitness for discerning lunks
post #52862 of 57263

So much for my cut...Went on a cruise for a week. Came home and is now 192 lbs. Did manage to hit the gym for 7 days straight doing BB split stuff. They didn't have barbells so I did a bunch of dumbbell stuff. But their heaviest dumbbell was only 75 lbs. Did a bunch of Romanian DL, chest press, and rows.

Planning on cutting down to 175 lbs starting this week.

Yeah okay, seems like a fair enough price. I was just calculating with the price I remembered from the last place I ate where they sold wagyu and there 32 oz alone would cost you $650 ($38 per 50g), but then I saw another place selling it and the price was closer to what you mentioned. I guess the quality/markup just differs a lot?

I believe this was Hawaiian "Wagyu" but it was no different from he Wagyu I've had at the four seasons and that meal ended up costing me well over a grand.

Fun side note, I ended up throwing my entire four seasons meal up so that was fun.

The four seasons is a world famous restaurant in the city. If I'm not mistaken it's mostly french technique and i believe we had 5 courses but it got blurry at the end. Also wine mark ups at restaurants are atrocious so a bottle of Perrier Jouet and a Chablis were like 300 plus.

Why didnt you fuckers tell me about belts, Im pretty sure I will be able to add 10-20 lb to my squat and dead in a cut which is crazy.

Also got the charcoal grill setup and made my lunch. Should have taken pics. I did a video but my house is a mess. Smoky dry rubbed shredded chicken thighs, butter toasted brown basmati rice with shallots.... so good.

they're like pre-workout. you end up dependent on them.

183cm/187ish lbs cutting at 2.1k and seems too much, I've stayed at between 184 -190lbs for about 3 months now, lifts have gone up but bf same. Though I drink often, mostly straight vodka.
