On Sunday we went to Via Quadranno for lunch which is hands down the best out of everywhere we went. Super fresh ingredients, authentic Italian, delicious cappuccinos, great atmosphere.

Did Angelo's pizza for dinner which was pretty good but I'd say fancier than "real" New York pizza that you'd get somewhere else. Still delicious, though.

Got asked if I was on steroids for the first time today.

It was from a middle aged female physiotherapist though (whom I hadn't seen in a year and I've gained quite a bit of mass since), but feels good nonetheless.

I'm freaking out a bit. Pretty sure the inside of elbow pain was a shoulder issue. Tried to do a chest/back workout today and stopped halfway through. My grip on my left hand totally vanished. Going to try to go to sports med doc in the next week or so.

 

Fucking hell. I have an idea what it came from as well. I was trying to hold on with just my arm when I was climbing and I'm pretty sure it rotated around a bit. It happened more than half a week ago, but I guess it's been getting a bit worse.

Fuck.

any recommendations for a baller/semi-baller sneaker that I can also squat in? Not into traditional basketball sneakers.

So freaking weird. No pain, issues raising arm, anything of that nature just a couple of hours after lifting.

Guess it's time to do lots of leg stuff and shoulder work. Anyone got any recommendations?

My favourite sneaker is the Hummel Stadil High. I think it's supposed to be a handball shoe originally. I have 4 pairs, one is on permanent gym duty and they're quite cheap on Amazon here.

14.5" arms
38.5" waist
26" thighs
15.5" calves
49.5" shoulders
17" neck
43" hips
11.25" forearms

Fuck those forearm measurements suck but are not surprising. You can see how fucking huge my ass is tho

Fuck, I should have measured myself at the start of my cut. Good idea.

I would like to get down to like a 30" waist and 16" unflexed arms eventually.
