Replied to a passive aggressive email saying that gave me two months notice saying that she had absolutely no grounds or legal basis with which to give me an ultimatum to leave.
Funny thing is if she'd actually been nicer about it, I would have told her that I either make it work or was planning on doing so anyway. I'll probably give them 2-4 weeks notice early next month. I want to travel for atleast 1.5 months and I'll have to move by the end of may at the latest to make it work. Hopefully I'll be able to move home the week before reunion, meet up for that, then peace for the summer.

We don't really get along terribly well as housemates and she tends to freak out if I'm ever seeing anyone and bring them over to the house. I had a girl over for dinner once and then a friend over the next day. Housemate took me aside when my friend was in the BR and was like "Friend or date". Kept pressing, and I finally said "Friend, but why does it matter to you?". Response from her: "If it was a date, I would have told her."
Just that level of shit. I got her message regarding ultimatum to move out at the end of may out of nowhere. Legit haven't really talked to her in atleast a month, probably more like 2. Hasn't said anything regarding stuff she's annoyed about etc. They do shit that pisses me off all the time, but I don't really say shit because I can live with it and really it's not worth it, but hot damn.
Did I mention that in this round of passive aggressive shit they actually took the TP from the roll and hid it when they left for easter?
Layne Norton's PHAT is a good start, but I personally would try and build a custom upper/lower split around your weaknesses. If you have weaksauce legs hit em more, etc etc. That's pretty much what I've been doing for the last year or so and it's been working great both in a bulk and in a cut. In a bulk I can go harder with the volume but I still do about 90% of what I was doing in a deficit.
