It's worse. Far more of your time is taken perfecting technique. It's about maximising the strength you have to get the best lifts possible. Obviously building strength helps with this, but it's not the main goal. The main goal is to lift the weight over your head, which comes down to obviously strength, but also hours and hours of practise and mental strength.

Building strength and physique = muscular hypertrophy. There's no need to waste time on complicated moves if that's your main goal.

it's fun. i'm not sure if it looks cool though. if you lift with other weightlifters it probably won't look cool because you'll be doing to same thing as everyone else, but if you're doing hang snatches at a 24hr fitness, i guess so.

Edit: nvm that's just semantics. They still gain/cut and fluctuate in weight.

You also probably shouldn't follow anything pro bodybuilders do if you are natty.

Bulk/cut cycle then. 8 month bulk 4 month maintenance cut. U will gain way more than u lose and a 4 month cut is livable. Dreamer bulks only end in nightmare cuts that go on damn near for years. Dreamer bulks also aren't the quick short cuts to huge fast gains I think u are imagining them to be. Shit takes time. Might as well not spend that time being a fat fuck.

I had very little pain during my travels over the last week so I'm not really broken anymore.

Just gotta keep things in perspective in the gym now. Looking forward to raging over the next two months though!

Go ahead and follow their training and diet programs exactly and see what happens.

It's not like shooting 1,000 jumpers a day because you want to be like Ray Allen.

I know. I know what Tesseract was saying, I'm just joking around.

Disappoint you're not going to be eating 10k calories and day and reporting back on gym progress.
