What types of headphones do you guys use when working out? I can't seem to find a good pair that are comfortable and stay in.

I think I asked this a while ago but forgot. To everyone here in it for the aesthetics, do you work out your abs or just rely on compound lifts and low body fat to be sufficient?

I am #blessed with great ab genetics but a nagging groin injury keeps me doing planks

My back is still spazzing the fuck out.

Not like spasms per se, but sitting for a long ass time seems to annoy it...

Sigh.

I lift a bit, but mainly running/stairmaster and biking.

Ya, they have that little plastic piece that you turn and it wedges in their comfortably.  i had horrible problems with the regular apple earbuds and many others.

I just use cheap sony headphones that clip onto my ear. I run the cable through my shirt and presto. I used to bike with them too and they were tanks. Only like 10-15 bucks a set as well and sound quality is fine.

I'm sure you can get better quality ones of the same style.

Sigh.

I think this is true for a lot of people. If I have to sit for a long period my back gets tight.

Eh, not the same thing, but it's less worrisome to me than having issues while walking (which I used to).
