I'm 10 lbs and 4% bf lighter than you and I have 2 inches on your chest measurement.

Then again my lats are nuts. You're probably fine.

Gotcha, my chest right now is 41" and I can't get a shirt which fits my chest yet fits everywhere else. I've gotta size up and do some heavy tailoring throughout the rest. Don't know how it would be possible to have like a 44" chest...

Mine too :/

Water tank on espresso machine started leaking. Might replace the tank or just toss the machine and stick to French press, but the clan up is annoying.

I'm struggling already at 5'9 and 40" when it comes to buttoned shirts. My arms aren't very long though, which doesn't make it easier.

And I'd say someone at 175 lbs 5'7 and 14%bf is quite good even by most Internet standards.

Where is Kunk at? IIRC his chest is like 48" or something crazy.

I have a 40" chest and BB slim shirts fit just fine.

My chest measure 43" now. Can still fit into size large regular cut shirts, but sometimes need XL in outerwear.

Quads grew from 22 to 25" from beginning of 2014 to now. Can no longer wear slim cut jeans unless I go up to size 36. Wear 34 or so in pants with a regular cut and roomier top. Have to think a little bit more about flattering cuts, fabrics and colors but its not too bothersome yet.

I would guess I am around 13-15% bf at 205 lbs and 6'3. Plan to go up to 225 lbs this year though unless I get too fat.

I dont know what my measurements are but old clothes are starting to fit and I can see veins again.

I've been wanting to throw out some rubber mats in my garage for my deadlift. I've been watching quite a few videos and it seems like everyone is building a deadlift platform like this one.

It just seems like I'll be going overboard to build a monstrosity like that. I mean, shouldn't I be able to just throw down a horse stall mat that's 3/4 of a inch and forego the platform all together? Something like this.

Is it because of the rubber mat, it would affect my footing?
