Might start doing some facial skincare regimen shit. Care to elaborate a bit?

I've had dark circles under eyes since I was in high school...

Then again, I have enough scars all over my face from my accident and following surgeries so... what the hell does any of this really matter anyway.

Truth! Quality, not necessarily expensive, cosmetic products really make a difference in the long run, especially moisturizers and sunscreen.

chicks dig scars tho

reddit's skincareaddiction wiki is what I used. I don't know enough to know if it's good but I like cerave products and so does the girlfriend (who used to have bad skin so she knows more than me)

A tall Asian dude wearing an LSE sweat shirt just boarded my plane. He's a deadringer for @fuji. Doesn't look like he lifts though.

I use Kiehl's. Good stuff.

I've been using moisturizing sunscreen daily on my face, and in the winter at least moisturize my whole body after showering (otherwise my skin gets dry af). The only cosmetic work I want to get done is laser hair removal and that's only after I start making enough money that it's not stupid to spend on shit like that.

Looks like I'm for sure taking a week to hike the High Sierra Trail and finishing by summiting Mt. Whitney at the end of April. I've never done anything even close to this ambitious before, so it'll be interesting. Hopefully I don't die.

Where's TK been, anyways? Just noticed he hasn't posted in a while.

One of the councillors who previously used was like fuji your delts lel. Trying to convince them i need a drug like clen or salbutamol because my lungs are tight from smoking. Cutting hard.

Clen fucking sucks the risk and how shitty it makes you feel aren't worth whatever people claim it does. Though I did have one of my best lifting days on it, which was weird.

I can't tell you how many girls I've freaked out by telling them the scars are from a bar fight. Depending on how convincing I feel like being, about 75% of them believe me for a bit before I burst out laughing.

Good to know re: cerave and kiehls (@JayJay ).

beef barbaco and rice pilaf. I made it with top round which isn't the "best" cut to do it with but it's pretty lean and shreds nicely.

I was reading a vegan cookbook and they toast the rice in the dry skillet before cooking it. It makes it come out really nutty and delicious.
