I never loaded it because having it reach 'full levels' in my body in 5 days vs 10 days was never a big deal for me.

But when supplement containers tell you to cycle, it piques my interest because they gain from just selling the stuff to you. Lol.

Also, I think I've been taking way more of this stuff than I should be. I think I need to stick to like 2.5-3 grams in each of the 2 shakes I drink over the day. I'm probably at almost 8-10 right now. Oops...

It's a phosphate recycler for ATP. Not a hormone.

No need to ever come off it.

I think when I was an idiot in highschool i tried to lift for a week. I took 100g of it my first day and then like 40g a day for a bit. It was instructed on the back of the thing. If loading like that you should prob stop for your livers sake.

Just some general beautification a few years into my 30's (29 now).

I want to make a ladyboy joke but I'm not funny enough

Wat could u possibly want done? All Ive had is some dental/very light reconstructive work done after a bike accident that I want to follow up on. I used to have such great teeth.

I had botox once, from a friend who runs a cosmetic clinic. The leftovers of a vial

Actually looked pretty good, because I normally have a resting bitch face and the paralysis just made me look more relaxed and chilled out, took out the fuck you lines of my frown

Would recommend

Ive always been curious about spot liposuction for bodybuilders. I can imagine it would be really helpful for some of the eternal chubbies around here

The only work I'd consider would be to fix eyelid drooping.

There's an old guy in my neighborhood who obviously has fake abs. He's often shirtless in the summer, but can barely move about, yet has abs along with a beer belly. Lol.

Other than orthodontic work and a couple of moles removed I'm natural. Fortunate to have inherited good aesthetics. smile.gif

The best way to get rid of wrinkles/aging is to do preventative stuff to never get them in the first place. I made the resolution last year to use sunscreen (nutregena triple protect) and moisturizer (cerave) every morning and cerave under-eye cream morning and night (i have really bad dark circles) and my skin looks a lot healthier.
