It's that and it's also funny / sad how much noticeable shoulders and bicep growth is after tapering off a strength routine and going into higher volume bodybuilding split.

Man I miss my old gym. Good memories even though I sort of hated it at the time. It was so damn relaxing of a place, it was just like hanging out with the dudes listening to old rock while lifting weights. globo gyms are a shit show after work.

There's like 3-4 "aesthetics" type people in my gym and they're always perfectly groomed. They must get a hair cut like every week, zero body hair, maintain a perfect tan (no idea how because it doesn't look fake), stubble perfectly trimmed and always new looking gym clothes.

I must admit I'm somewhat envious of the ability to keep themselves perfectly maintained, but gee that must be a lot of effort.

My gym gear is old washed out rugby stubbies, a shitty as gray singlet, beat to hell vans and more often than not, odd socks. I look fucking terrible in the gym.

I suppose I should put in a little more effort as there are quite a few attractive girls there.

Yeah that's basically why I stopped low volume strength work a while ago.

I just got one today too! And got my beard trimmed. It was gnarly big earlier. I need to fix it up a bit as the guy missed a spot. Blah.

I cut my own hair (or let it grow for months at a time. I think the last time I paid for a cut must have been like 6 years ago. If only my son would let me use clippers on him...

What's "H bar row"?
Definitely get a landmine (cheap and a lot of uses).
Pullup and dip bar I couldn't live without either.

Its the bar I use for horizontal seated cable rows. I didnt know what else to call it... prob should have called it "W bar"

Dips are OK but I really want to protect my shoulders and I feel like they don't do anything for me. Even as a fat ass I can bang out reps with a 45 plate with good form. I dont find them satisfying. Plus space is at a premium so the less racks the better.

Since I started doing high rep curls at the end of my workouts I feel like I've got a permanent .5" on them lol. My elbow still hurts I though.

If budget is not overly tight, I would recommend getting a TPB over the junk Fitness Gear barbell.

Back is feeling way better. I was freaking a bit but looks like it was just a really awful flare up...

Side note: Do you guys cycle creatine? If so, I think it's time for me to take a couple of weeks off.

Try super light tricep pushdowns for high reps.

I've been doing like 5g of creatine in my shake for the two years I've lifted straight. Don't think you need to cycle off of it? It's in like meat and shit and you're probably not getting enough of it anyways.

I don't see any need to cycle it or load it.
