Yea I drink half a gallon of water a day at work and then drink alcohol on the weekends so water weight variations alone pretty much render the scale meaningless for me aside from some kind of moving average. I will keep going by the mirror and feels

I take circumference measurements around chest, arms, waist, hips, lower abs, thighs, and caliper measurements on a few spots in addition to scale weight

form check on chicken fajita recipe?

 

2 bell peppers, 1 red, 1 green

1 yellow onion

mushrooms

1 small tomato

1 serrano pepper

1 lb of chicken breast cut into strips, pre-marinaded.

 

Dice vegetables, toss with lime juice. Oil the pan with vegetable/soybean oil. Pan fry for 5 minutes, set aside. Pan fry chicken, about 5-6 min, put back in vegetables, sautee for about 1-2min more.

 

Serve with guacamole and sour cream on wheat tortilla.

Got a haircut, looks like my bodyfat dropped by 2% just from having a close cut.

Man I miss my old gym. Good memories even though I sort of hated it at the time. It was so damn relaxing of a place, it was just like hanging out with the dudes listening to old rock while lifting weights. globo gyms are a shit show after work.
