Actually the diet is quite good... but then I managed not to sleep from Monday to Tuesday... and was invited over to a workmates place for the evening and there was only frozen food like mini pizzas and stuff, total nightmare.
I'm mainly building on placebo effect of supps to make me less miserable during the diet but I guess I could just as well take a pre-workout or something.
Since I'm back to cooking myself and pre-cooking my lunch instead of going to the company canteen it's rather easy to stick to my nutrition goals. As soon as I stop that, everything goes down but carbs sky-rocket and I feel like a mess. Also training went really rather well lately but for the lapse this week.
