I got a reasonable workout on Monday and tues. Pulled an all nighter on weds and felt like shit all day yesterday...
Going to try getting in a session today.

Back seems to be calming down but i think I'm going to take it easy for a bit.

Actually the diet is quite good... but then I managed not to sleep from Monday to Tuesday... and was invited over to a workmates place for the evening and there was only frozen food like mini pizzas and stuff, total nightmare.
I'm mainly building on placebo effect of supps to make me less miserable during the diet but I guess I could just as well take a pre-workout or something.

Since I'm back to cooking myself and pre-cooking my lunch instead of going to the company canteen it's rather easy to stick to my nutrition goals. As soon as I stop that, everything goes down but carbs sky-rocket and I feel like a mess. Also training went really rather well lately but for the lapse this week.

Apparently my pituitary didn't (doesn't?) produce growth hormone so that was needed to grow. I would say it was okayly successful. Definitely will be prescribed it when I'm older.

I am OK with shit days/weeks as long as I can learn from them. This whole cutting thing has been a huge learning experience so far which I'm enjoying.

I'm getting PRs in the gym for the past few week, no menstrual cycle for me.

But I'm also not cutting like a bitch and eating food icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Did 275 lbs (3 sets of 5s) on bench this Wednesday. Will see how it goes tonight.

I'm embarrassed because my work sets were like an inch high. Not opening my hips enough was causing me to have to lean fwd more, putting stress on my lower back and hips.

Ah. There was some like 60 year old dude squatting at my gym last night. Was doing 225 x 5 and the reps were slow and at full depth. I was like damn
