Started front squatting with a thinner bar (40 lbs) and I get a much better center of gravity / balance with it. In generally I am just a smaller guy so something like a thinner bar makes sense, I think. I almost passed on out 3rd set with bar on my throat, though.
My wrists and elbows are PISSED at power cleans yesterday. I guess I exceeded the comfort zone of my joints.
Went to the chiro again and she says half my ribs are subluxing. After she pops them back, the "stitch" in my back goes away. I think can see them when they are subluxed while deadlifting. I don't know if I'm being sold snake oil or what, but she makes the stitch go away, damndest thing. I am going to have to figure out how it's happening!
