Since we're talking about bench, BOOM! 230! Fuckin a right. Just keeps going up. Maybe that's because I ate a metric shit ton of food this weekend. 20 more pounds to go for my 250 bench goal on this bulk. Squat's at 305, 45 lbs away, and haven't deadlifted in ages so no idea where that's at.
Weighing in at 193. Look much better than the last time I bulked up to 200 IMO so I'm finally doing it right.
What's everyone benching in here nowadays anyways?

The closes to flat BB bench I do is probably low incline BB's which I do 1-2 x a month. Last one was 225 for a few sets of 8. My bench was always my worst lift and never got any growth out of it, I don't honestly care how much I lift, just how much I look like a lift, so I dropped them a few years ago.
Yeah it's pretty rad. Still need to get some hardware to hang the chinup bar and dip bar.
And still waiting on some heavier db's I ordered.
My wife and I worked it out and it was costing ~$170/month for me to go to the gym.
32 mile round trip x 5 days/week = ~$105 petrol/month
~$2,040/ year. This will pay for itself in no time (considering I sold my old rack to off-set the cost of this rack and pull up bar and other shit it will pay for itself in about 2-3 months).
