Ah balls, just realized I was confusing things. The ZMA study that was shown to be effective was funded by the supp company and the follow up stuff was meh at best.
ZMA: Worth it? I'm getting into a pill taking routine for creatine (I like it in pill form), Fish Oil, Multi and Psyllum Husk flakes in water to wash it down.
