So after that shitty squats session left me with a painful lower back, I went to see my ART therapist. She fixed my back. I did some sumo pulls today, kept it super light, 135 to 175 lbs but did 10 to 15 reps hoping to get some hypertrophy but feared I might re-fuck my back...Did 5 sets including warm up and almost squat the weight because I really tired to keep that upright back. So far, no pain. We'll see about it tomorrow. I might be recovered enough to go back doing sumo pull but need to restart really really really light. Feeling content and happy atm.
Also, after a few weeks of doing curls and super sets with reverse curls, my right arm is almost 17 inches when flexed! WTF!!! How the fuck did I get so much hypertrophy in just a few weeks?! I had to remeasure them twice! Couldn't believe it!
