I think u passed ur pain onto me. Still not right from that tweak in Mexico and today is two weeks. Its an overcompensation issue. One thing is sore then something else gets sore picking up the slack, and the first thing heals. So on and so forth. Getting better bit by bit though, but my squat is down by 10lbs.

Studied at NSU medical library my Step 1, but I've heard the gym is nice. If you can get over to the Wellness Center at the Coral Gables campus of Miami, I recommend it. It is amazing.

Have you looked at your ankle dorsiflexion mobility?

It is an often forgotten but crucial aspect in a deep squat, especially if you use a close stance and don't do low bar.

you are right on the money. Ankle mobility is one of my biggest problems and I can't seem to fix it.

Don't think I'll have access but we'll see. I borrowed my friends id when he was studying in the med library.

The girls here are so freaking hot though. It's ridiculous. Went out in ft Lauderdale last night and the people watching was amazing.

Best part of the night was seeing 4 kids try to get into an unmarked cop car thinking it was an uber. The cop got out and yelled at them. Their face was priceless. I talked to the cop later and told him i saw the whole thing and how hilarious it was. He said he hasn't ever had that happen in a decade of working there. It was really funny.

Yeah, the ankles can be extremely locked up.

You should go on youtube and search for "bryce lewis ankle mobility". Its the top video. I'm on the phone so I can't link.

The stuff with the bands that push down the knee towards the toes helps a lot. You could also check Kelly Starrett's stuff if you haven't already.

It's definitely part of the problem but most of it is lack of mobility in the sagittal plane.
