I don't take a post workout shake either.
Is that in lb, kg or st (for fuji)

Im guessing kg, 1g/lb in a 4 hour window is a lot.

I do a pre workout shake about an 30-60 min before and eat about 30 mins after.

If you're a strong dude with decent fitness, number 6 (blindside flanker) is the best position. You need to learn what you're doing in rucks and understand the rules but other than that it's freaking awesome - get the ball and run straight. Hit hard on defence. Smash into the rucks. Pretty simple.

5'10 ish, don't want to go too heavy either as A: Want to remain in this weight class for PL stuff B: Would slow me down C: I'll have to change my whole wardrobe....again foo.gif

I still need to learn the rules but it looks really fun icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif thanks.

That'd be in kg with Aragon's recommendations.

Also, 5'10 and 230-240 sounds pretty heavy, do you just have everything tailored after you buy it? At 5'9 165 lbs I'm struggling to find shirts and jackets that fit OTR.

I buy x-large slim shirts. Usually large (relaxed fit) jacket fit well too. It's a hit or miss depending on the brand but I don't care enough anymore to get them tailored and have the ''perfect fit''.

Anyway, everything you wear looks good when you have those broad shoulders/big back.

At 165? Barring a huge drop I dont see how this is possible.

By drop do you mean v-shaped physique? At 5'9 the length of smalls fit me well, but they're way too tight everywhere except for the waist. Maybe I just have short arms, but xl at 5'10 sounds like the length would be ridiculous.

Are you saying I'm lying?? Just FYI bodies aren't built the same way. Small fits me in length but hardly fits a 39-40" chest, therefore tailoring is required. Not sure what my arm measures but flexed somewhere around 15-16".

Oh, and also some of this may have been while I weighed 170 lbs, but that hardly makes a lot of difference. Not even sure what my weight is atm, as my weight is out of battery.

I've been 194 lbs for like 6 months and larges are on the tighter side usually.
