Those brands do sell the pants and jackets separately. It's not going to help if you get a jacket cut for someone who's a drop 6 or drop 8, though.

First picture is from the last week of my cut which ended in late May 2013. 175 pounds and roughly 8% bodyfat, I guess. Looking back I prob shouldn't have cut at that point since I didn't have much mass (no legs), but whatever.
The second pic is taken on the day I stopped cutting after a huge carb refeed, so I look a bit bigger.
The third pic is from summer 2014. I started a slow bulk right at the start of the year (the rest of 2013 was spent studying abroad and travelling, so I just kept my shape from the end of the cut). It was also at the start of 2014 that I began training for powerlifting. So this picture is right in the middle of the bulk. 185 pounds and I estimate roughly 12% bodyfat. 10 pounds gained so far.
The pic below is from a couple of days ago. Full year of bulking. Now at 200 pounds and I guess 15-ish % bodyfat. Considering I have gained 25 pounds I am pretty satisfied. Anyways, I couldn't have done a cleaner bulk. I guess my leg gains could've been better if I didn't have to stop training them for two months due to the knee problems a while back.
That said they have grown a lot, especially if I compare with the first picture from the end of the cut. Gone from wearing a size 32 to 36, heh.
