Those brands do sell the pants and jackets separately. It's not going to help if you get a jacket cut for someone who's a drop 6 or drop 8, though.

Intradesting, will check mr porter. Used to sell lots of suits on the classifieds here and they always came as pairs so I assumed thats what everyone did.

I'm too cheap for dolce and gabanna or prada haha, i'm used to like $50 suits, $1500 is a bit of a step up.

First muay thai class in 2 months. Fucking 260 lb australian gym owner kept kicking me in my sciatica during pad work. Literally kept almost falling down walking back home.

you'll lose your gains for sure, but you'll rebuild muscle/strength much faster.

have been through the process multiple times in the last 5 years due to surgery, and have come back stronger each time.

Is there a way to increase the amount of reps, while increasing the weight in the big 3? Specifically benching.... My current 1RM is 295 done today, but I am only able to 275 lbs for 1 rep but more sets. I was able to do 275lbs in nov for 3 reps, but I got sick for 2 different weeks in December. Need help!

Been doing split lunges. Gonna do some split squats tomorrow to see how it would fit my routine.

A progress update with pics. Prob NSFW lol.

Half naked pics (Click to show)

First picture is from the last week of my cut which ended in late May 2013. 175 pounds and roughly 8% bodyfat, I guess. Looking back I prob shouldn't have cut at that point since I didn't have much mass (no legs), but whatever.

The second pic is taken on the day I stopped cutting after a huge carb refeed, so I look a bit bigger.

The third pic is from summer 2014. I started a slow bulk right at the start of the year (the rest of 2013 was spent studying abroad and travelling, so I just kept my shape from the end of the cut). It was also at the start of 2014 that I began training for powerlifting. So this picture is right in the middle of the bulk. 185 pounds and I estimate roughly 12% bodyfat. 10 pounds gained so far.

The pic below is from a couple of days ago. Full year of bulking. Now at 200 pounds and I guess 15-ish % bodyfat. Considering I have gained 25 pounds I am pretty satisfied. Anyways, I couldn't have done a cleaner bulk. I guess my leg gains could've been better if I didn't have to stop training them for two months due to the knee problems a while back.

That said they have grown a lot, especially if I compare with the first picture from the end of the cut. Gone from wearing a size 32 to 36, heh.

That is the obvious answer, but how? I wasn't thrilled with 5/3/1 and iron addicts was okay.
