She did ask me about my opinion of her cancelling her membership and getting the treadmill and using like dumbbells and shit at home to work out, but she wasn't actually interested in my advice so I gave her a really "whatever you want" type response.

RHET non fridge build brahs, where do you buy your suits? Usually a 44 or 46 jacket, but waist is around 32 or 30. Currently buy my suits from a british chain called primark, which is just about the cheapest clothes imaginable, like around 1/3 to 1/4 the price of h&m so obviously quality is lacking, but they sell trousers and jackets separate which is nice. Is there anywhere else less poverty that also does this?

As an aside, does the increased weight make up for the loss of ROM regarding chest development?

I can't really answer this as that would demand me going back in time and redo the whole training period with a flat back benching style.

However, my chest has grown a fair bit recently. From 42 inches in the summer to 43 now.

I also do lots of variations for my bench press (as with squats and deadlifts). Aside from "competition style bench" (eg. full wide grip, high arch, pause), I also do: FU bench (feet up = take away the arch), CGBP, Decline, Incline, and TnG Bench. For general pec development I do: weighted push ups, ring pushups, dips, all kinds of flyes, and different DB presses such as floor presses, incline, decline, tucked elbows, etc....

So the competition style bench where I arch a lot is not used for chest development. It is used to train the sports element - to bench a lot.

I do pike holds on a set of parallel bars every day (which is a similar position to an L-sit) and never notice wrist strain. I always have to stop due to fatigue.

Youd surely need mtm anyway arent you fuji otherwise a size 44/46 jacket is going to be huge at your midsection/waist

DAMN! That much?! Oh yeah, cuz you are 6'3" with long ass arms. For me it's only a few inches...:uhoh:

Bro, I think if you want chest development you would really need to do chest isolation exercises. I up my bench for about 35 to 40 lbs. and my chest only grew like 1.5 inches and that with increased back work out. So, my chest prolly only grew like 0.5 inch. Back in my college days, I did all sorts of chest work outs, ie. dumbbell bench, incline, decline, flys, one arm dumbbell bench, and machine press, and my chest was over 46 inches.

Yeah can never get the jacket to fit everywhere, always either pulling on the shoulders or i can fit a football in the waist, but don't have moneys for that right now so just getting trousers to stay onis more important.

Could possibly get mtm and just get 2 jackets and 5 trousers since finance in the UK is much more casual then the states. Usually no ties or jackets.

This is what I've been doing, but it's not quite as effective because nothing is forcing you to hold yourself up high off the ground.

So you're like a drop-12? Nothing RTW is going to have that. Margiela jackets are often drop-10 and you can find them for pretty cheap sometimes, then you could just get it tailored. There's also Dolce & Gabbana and Prada but due to brand recognition I doubt you'll find them for the same rock-bottom prices (though I've never looked).

Was hoping to find a brand that just sold the trousers and jackets separately.

Isn't there a Topman on every corner? I always assumed that was like british H&M but I really have no idea.

No, they don't "reset" but it will be easier to gain back some initial size and strength (muscle memory).
