Are any of you able to do an L-sit and hold it for long periods of time? Any way to train it but take some strain off your wrists?
I don't understand what you're trying to suggest. What I'm doing is going to make my legs grow. My quads were pretty big when i was doing 3x10 185lb front squats. Now I'm doing the single leg stuff and I'm going to work up to 3x10 for 195 hex deads with the goal of either stopping there or moving to 245. Don't see point of going higher than that.
In other news my interview suit looks like shit on me right now. Arms are too tight, seat is too tight, waist needs to be let out, legs need to be let out...
I thrifted a suit in a bigger size the other day. It needs a little work, but i might have to do that tonight if i want to wear something that fits...
