Dude me too, after seeing the shitshow that a globo gym is during this time of year. I was thinking earlier this week about just taking half a year off from the gym. But that would be ridiculous. I'm talking to a strength and conditioning gym and hopefully work something out with them between now and then.
I use a hex bar so it's not that. I think I might also be over extending my elbows during pressing movements form time to time without meaning to. I.e. locking the joint.
I wore some arm warmers I had through the weekend to keep my elbows warm so lets see how stuff feels tomorrow. I do think I'll let off from BB bench for a hair to see if it's due to that, but I think doing a few things in the sub 5 rep range was probably to blame.
I have sleeves. I wasn't going to wear them around the house though! Those things are mad tight. I can't imagine having them on for an extended period of time.
