Bro, what back exercise do you do? What do you think about dumb bell rows?

I do lat pull downs or chins, and T bar rows or seated cable rows. 1 vertical movement and 1 horizontal one if I hit back during a workout. It may be different for lifting to powerlifting but for width vertical movements are better for lats. Much bigger ROM for the lats. I do the horizontal lift as an accessory for all that middle of the back shit.

I think DB rows are OK if you keep them light. I used to do heavy ass dead stop rows. At one point I was hitting 145x7/side. But that shit nuked my lower back too. My lats are wide AF months later so I figure they weren't necessary.

176lbs, that's pretty good. Let us know when your balls drop and you start wearing long pants

1 arm db rows are a great exercise if you keep form strict and do them supported ie back straight, one arm on bench etc.

For back, i do chest supported t bar rows, lat pulldowns, and seated cable rows. For the cable rows, i use single hand attachments instead of a bar or v grip so i can get more rom.

My back healed up real quick with some rest yesterday and a long walk.

Was able to get in another session today. A bit stiff and couldn't arch my back like usual when I benched but at least there was no pain.

We watched The Hobbit yesterday. I sat there for over 2 hours. My back started to hurt a bit. Afterwards, did some stretches and walked around. The pain was gone. Never gonna sit through a movie again for a while.
