I want to try competing raw with wraps sometime in the future but there's no feds around me that have that event. frown.gif Guess it'll just be geared with IPF.

I'm curious though Charly, why don't you compete in the IPF? Is it because there's no presence in your area or you just don't like the fed?

Got 5 reps with 90lb dbs for flat bench today. PSYCHED.

 

Also got 2x10x120 with seated rows.

I think I need to kinda formalize my splits. Right now I kinda have something in mind, but end up doing all sorts of things when I finally get in to the gym.

Sucks

Thank God for the gym, my weekdays would be unbearable without them. Wifey + workout + weekends are all that keep me going now. Just gotta make it to the end of the year

That's what happens when you can't work out for 3 years due to back issues and having surgery twice! 

My upper body is definitely stronger than it was before I got injured though. Legs suck though. I think lunges and now being able to do hex deads will make them less inadequate.

Been doing some weighted pull ups (25 lbs., 35 lbs.) and doing 75 lbs. dumbell row 10-12 reps for 6 to 7 sets. Feels pretty damn good! Been on this 3 day training block with training muscle groups twice a week has made me making gains on bench!
