Do you supplement on non-workout days or just wo days? I could take it with the shake I drink before/during my WO, but only on WO days.

I'm going to take about 3-4 g in the morning with breakfast and 2-3 g at night after dinner (1.5hrs after WO).
I paid like 12 bucks for 400 grams of creatine. I really don't see the comparison you guys are making here.
I wanted to wait to take creatine till I had made good progress and was starting to slow a bit. I want to kill it for the next two months.
Have you seen the video where he tried to pull a 1RM with 435 and he was pulling a bit slowly right before the lock out and motherfuckerz did one of those "I'll spot you with my fingerz" spot and he did another rep and grunted at them to "fuck off" or something like that when they tried to finger spot him again?
