Holy shit dude you have the thickest bone structure I've seen in a while. Your wrists have their own muscles. Great bellies. I dislike my ectomorphic bone structure.
LoL. Good job digging up that photo. The camera probably added 20 pounds to that picture, my wrists are actually pretty skinny IRL, and my bone structures aren't that thick. I am actually a little bigger than that picture currently, trying to add a few more pound to my upper body right now. Thanks for the compliment though. One advice I'll give to those who are at the beginning states, work hard and don't worry about genetics.

Deadlifted standing on a half medicine ball today with the flat surface on the ground. Didn't pull that much weight, but definite worked the core pretty good.

Fair point. Genes are less of an inevitability, more of a tendency or propensity.

Pretty much. When I first started, I was just like any scrawny Asian kid with no muscles at all. Years of hard work got me where I am today and I keep on pushing myself. I usually watch a short clip of Kai Greene workout before I going to get myself motivated.

That's great. I think you look good in that picture. I know how the camera has a tendency to add 5-10 pounds or so, but you look very well built.

Knees going inwards is the body compensating for weak hips during the movement... as you move your thighs/knees inward, it transfers more of the load away from hips and glutes to the quads. I have the issue as well sometimes. I feel much better using a narrow stance, no wider than shoulders and maybe narrower. I still get to depth, sometimes to the point that my nipps almost touch my knees, but with a narrow-ish stance there's a limit on maximum weight since you're not using all the muscles available in your lower body. I force myself to use wide-stance once a week in an effort to strengthen my hips, but my wide stance squat is a good 50 lbs under my narrow stance.

Thanks. I try to distinguish myself from the typical scrawny Azn.

I started weighing 130 at 5'10. Damn I was skinny then. The only down side I have right now is buying clothes. It's hard to find slim pants with waist 31 that can accommodate my 25.5 inch thighs. Most of the times I need to buy pants with waist 34 and tailor them.

I've given up buying clothing and sticking to jeans and a t-shirt haha

I'm not a super active reader at IA so I've probably missed all the hints leading up to the banning but it does seem strange. There's a couple threads in the Q & A section about it, but no real explanation.

Ironic is taking an interest in clothing, reading SF/SuFu, deciding to work out so clothes fit better, and then not being able to wear much of anything but 501s.

Just finished my first all out cheat day; a bit over 5k cals and holy hell am I stuffed! It wasn't even alot of food either, started off with pancakes and syrup, then 1/2 dozen donuts, 1/2 gallon of whole chocolate milk, whole pizza, and about 2 cups of ice cream. I worked on my motorcycle all day and ate when I could, so I know I could have eaten more if I had more time. Startin' small, maybe one day I'll get over 10k!

I laughed for a good minute at this, good shit I'm not even that fit and for stuff to fit how I want, tops or bottoms, I need to get it tailored. Wish I had the time and capital, I would pay a premium for an oxford shirt w/a 10" drop or pants w/a 33" waist and 7" leg openings. Flu did me good, lost about 3# this week, no apparent strength loss
