Hated them on seated row machine. Dig it on a bench.

Not sure if ill switch, but let's see. Seated on a bench felt pretty Damn good.

Out of stock :/

I'm hoping I can pick something up to make smoothies with. My cousin has an awesome one that blends right in the glass and is super easy to clean. I might have to get on that train...

Alpha dog wearing skin tight under armour shirt and tights with his belly hanging out quarter squatting 185 in the rack next to me like he's the fucking man. Oh yeah five fingers shoes too. It's funny because some of the shit he's saying is obvious posturing since I'm squatting much heavier right next to him.

Tell me about trap bar squats.

Tried them today and they felt pretty great on my legs but back didn't really feel like it was getting stressed at all.

Trap bar squats?

I don't know how that's possible?

You mean safety bar or cambered or yoke bar?

Or just trap bar deads being more of a "squat"?

Sometimes called hex bar deadlifts.  It places more emphasis on the legs and reduces the stress on the lower back.  Given RTC's limitations, they might be a worthy addition if they do not re-aggravate problems.

Ok. Just never heard of trap bar squats before so wasn't sure if he meant trap bar deads or if he was mixing up the equipment.
