Just made 2 custard tarts and 2 pumpkin pies (one reg, one vegan). Need to make one more of something cos I'm about to eat one of these custard tarts before thanksgiving and I'm supposed to be bringing 4 pies. Prolly go sweet potato.

Currently making a pumpkin pie too.

Realised i'm retarded for cutting right now so back on that bulk, hoping to hit 230, which will be the biggest i've ever been. I have a gf and it's winter, i won't get any benefit in being shredded at christmas.

Tfw you try on an identical pair of pants you had a year ago but now one size up, and you can't even get them up half your ass.

Yeh. Def my favourite too, but nobody else likes it cos I don't make it "sweet enough" apparently so I end up eating the whole thing. Also never see custard tart in the US and I've been fiending that so I figured I would make it.
First time I tried pumpkin and sweet potato pie they were fucking disgusting though (brown sugar and marshmallows all over the top) and I couldn't figure out why people loved thanksgiving so much.

Just a lot of Gatorade and some dextrose, some whey protein, leucine, and creatine.

I could hit you with a bunch of charts and shit from the RP book, but don't have time to copy pasta right now. But essentially for someone like myself who is 160-170lbs intra workout is 120g carbs and 45g protein for "hard" workouts.

Brown sugar and marshmallow on pumpkin pie? Was it made by this woman?

Need to switch squat programming desperately. End of LP is brutal and I just don't have the time to spend 10 minutes resting between sets.

After nursing my back for over 2 months, I switched to pulling sumo. After learning more about using proper techniques, I pulled first time 2 days ago with 1 plate. Back felt fine. No pain. I was talking to my co-workers about deadlifting especially on the sumo pull and got excited. I got home and pulled 3 plates. I was pretty surprised to see with properish techniques, after not pulling for 2 months, it was pretty easy to pull 3 plates without any back pain. I've found it's a lot more difficult to get the bar off of the floor maybe due to less lower back muscles involved and you are relying more on legs and glutes. But it's way easier to lock out at the top maybe because of the reduced range of motion? I've switched my routine to a 3 day block. Day 1, bench and abs. Day 2, upper back. Day 3, legs, DL, and abs, rest a day then repeat the routine. So far, so good.
