so like, how much protein do you really need? I read that .80g/lb is fine and anything over isn't gonna make much of a difference. I try not to consume more two scoops/50g of whey per day, so that's 140g required from food at about 190lb bw, been busy lately and not cooking so it's been hard to hit the macro, haven't noticed anything at the gym.
