I'll take a video tomorrow.

Edit: Are any of you curious about the new Sheiko app? I might actually get it to get easy access to B/S/Dl Sheiko's routine. I do my own thing as far as accessories go but I'm always up to try new things.

You will be less explosive off the chest with a wider grip. It is the same with a sumo stance deadlift vs a conventional deadlift, and a wider stance squat.

With a wider stance/grip, you are slower in the bottom position, stronger at the lockout and have a shorter ROM. It is a trade off.

It probably sucks 1000x more for people who are in the gym 6 days a week and diet like crazy to be told that.

To be fair how you look untrained isn't necessarily an indicator of our genetics. Kevin Levrone was tiny as fuck untrained so was charly, wouldn't exactly say either of them have poor genetics.

I bet charly's progression pics are insane as fak.

Pete Rubish seems to be slightly confused what a limited liability company is. Unless he actually registered his personal training company, which would be pretty pointless because what's the purpose of limited liability when there's probably no real investment.

Charly or anyone else with experience: I'm trying to start benching with a wider grip as I've always been a close grip bencher (285-290 max paused, thumbs on smooth). Any of you guys have any tip for going wider? I'm already doing 2 sessions out of 3 with w-grip work to get used to the grip but I'm not feeling as tight or as solid on the push.

Thanks!

Go little by little. Like half a finger's width per week. It'll take a bit getting used to. Will probably have to drop the weight down initially and build back up.

Congrats again, you made the Big Guy proud!

Haha I think Dan's second to last warm ups are higher than my maxes lol

I wish. I've really only put on about 10 pounds a year for the past three years. I don't look too different imo.

Yeah I suppose I phrased that wrong. Being big untrained does imply good genetics, but being small untrained doesn't necessarily mean bad genetics.

I'd say I have pretty average genetics.

Uh... why?

It's vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and herbs.. if you've got a pretty decent diet, you probably won't even notice a difference.

everyone has issues. i have wide delta and clavicles and chest, pros tell me i have the widest back they've seen on a non competitor but no back or chest depth. i have long arms so my 20.75" arms look like 17"s. no thigh thickness either

You and I are opposites.

I'm not wide but I've very thick. Arms not long, so they look big-ish. Thighs are hhhhyyooooggeeee and a lot of junk in the trunk.

Does anyone know any good full body routines focused more on BB and hypertrophy?
