Holy hell, I'm sore after a workout for the first time in a while.

Did shoulders yesterday and my delts are definitely letting me know what's up.

Also feels good to finally look like i lift. I can see my abs now too. Haven't been dieting so to speak, just cleaned things up.

Not sure yet.

If all things go to plan, 665/465/670 for a 1900 total.

Nice Charly!

Charly or anyone else with experience: I'm trying to start benching with a wider grip as I've always been a close grip bencher (285-290 max paused, thumbs on smooth). Any of you guys have any tip for going wider? I'm already doing 2 sessions out of 3 with w-grip work to get used to the grip but I'm not feeling as tight or as solid on the push.

Concept I bench off eleiko racks too. Of course there's a slight push up but I wanted to explain the exaggerated motion for accordion.

Good points though. You really need to "shelf" the bar with your lats, shoulders and upper back.

New training with more autoregulation has been going well in my opinion. Next meet will probably be in February.

You're missing the comma.

Dataset[Dataset[,2]=='value',]

Or

Dataset[Dataset$middleColumnName == 'value',]

Yeah was missing the comma., cheers.

Can you specify what you mean by not feeling as tight and solid?

Are your shoulders more prone to slip forward with the wider grip?
Are you less explosive off the chest?
Do you have less stability, as in that you wobble more?

I've always benched wide and do full width now (pointers on rings).

Yeah, I definitely have a hard time keeping my shoulder blades back when I bench. Esp if I'm doing more reps, the 'shelf' is gone by the time I'm halfway done.

I'm still DYEL but I think it's hilarious when people tell me, "yea but you have a good body type or genetics to be thick and muscular". I've totally done the same, but if only people could see me 2-3 years ago when I didn't lift. It probably sucks 1000x more for people who are in the gym 6 days a week and diet like crazy to be told that.

Less explosive for sure. I can keep my arch tight and all but I just don't feel as strong. Definitively have stronger triceps/shoulders than pec which is something I'm trying to fix.

I'll take a video tomorrow.

Edit: Are any of you curious about the new Sheiko app? I might actually get it to get easy access to B/S/Dl Sheiko's routine. I do my own thing as far as accessories go but I'm always up to try new things.

Just a warning with sheiko. The main lifts take a long time to finish. Around an hour and a half on a good day but most of the time it was close to two hours. Don't expect to do too many accessories unless you plan to stay in the gym for a while.

I bought some Animal Stak, but I'm afraid to use it.
