I feel like I got a lot out of my short (45 min) session yesterday. Did 6 exercises, but did db flat and incline bench as well as seated cable row and pulldown with lower weight at 15 reps a set for 3-4 sets.
It was tough, but I got 60lb dbs for 15 on flat and incline.
Then I did 'decline' pec cable flyes and some ab work.
Flexing my pecs makes them feel hella sore right now.
Yeah, but I'd like to reinforce the stats while learning how to play with the same stuff on R. I really like a wiki I found for stata though, but R is free and learning it would be handy for the broke life I have to look forward to.
