Yeah, I am not a big vege smoothie guy. I don't have a problem getting enough tasty vegetables into my meals. And lol kale.

The cheapest per g of protein, imo. Whey is whey, largely, and if you're incorporating it into smoothies then the minimal differences in flavor between brands is less important.

I was encouraged by a power lifter dude at the gym to try some singles for the deadlift, which I never do usually. Ended up doing a pretty easy 170kg/375lb personal best. Not at all a huge weight obviously, but very fun still! The same guy promised to make me a program to put me at 200 kg/440 lb in January, will see how that goes...

Learning R in stats. Finally in my 3rd year of study am i learning actually relevant statistics instead of essentially just more maths.

I need to learn R.

(Or figure out this Stata shit).

Every biologist who knows R is fucking gold. I consider myself above that shit though (6).

Everything doesnt have to be a smoothie... I get 1-2 servings of hendrix approved veggies a day, I am trying to get more though. Plus for the most part veggies suck, if they didnt more people would eat them.

I guess it comes down to upbringing. I can't remember a regular dinner in my childhood that wasn't at least two thirds veggies.

Things like knowing how to make a simple vinaigrette help.

Yeah. I just stir fry most of my veggies. It works fine.

I failed getting to my workout today. Ugh.

Heading home from work instead and going to try getting a better one in tomorrow. Still hoping to get in the gym 3-4x this week before everything goes to hell next week.

I just dont have the time. I just spent 2 hours cooking my lunches while working for my second job. Dinner was buttered toast and a shake

Prepping veggies is key and I have some tricks up my sleeve. My brussell sprouts are really good, I have a drying rack for kale chips. But its faster to throw that shit in a blender with some OJ

I feel your pain, couldn't make it to the gym today either. Got too busy at work to take a gym break, and then had to attend a business dinner that lasted far too long. crazy.gif

Headphone cords bug anyone else in the gym? They are always getting caught on my arms or legs, thinking about getting a bluetooth set and just keeping my phone in my backpack to stream my playlists.

I just run the cord under my shirt and clip my shuffle to my shorts. I love ipod shuffles for workouts.

Yea, shuffles are decent for workouts. I got that sansa clip which ideally is the same thang.

is there much difference between eating frozen veggies vs. fresh ones?
