Yeah, I am not a big vege smoothie guy. I don't have a problem getting enough tasty vegetables into my meals. And lol kale.

The cheapest per g of protein, imo. Whey is whey, largely, and if you're incorporating it into smoothies then the minimal differences in flavor between brands is less important.
Prepping veggies is key and I have some tricks up my sleeve. My brussell sprouts are really good, I have a drying rack for kale chips. But its faster to throw that shit in a blender with some OJ
Yeah. I just stir fry most of my veggies. It works fine.
I failed getting to my workout today. Ugh.
Heading home from work instead and going to try getting a better one in tomorrow. Still hoping to get in the gym 3-4x this week before everything goes to hell next week.
I just run the cord under my shirt and clip my shuffle to my shorts. I love ipod shuffles for workouts.
