pathetic gains checking in icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif Although I stopped using a weightlifting belt so I guess I can't complain that I haven't hit a PR in awhile because everything is beltless.

The only gains I've made are my now giant manlet titties...:uhoh:

 

Been doing tons of hips, back and leg stretches. My back pain is totally gone! Worked out at a local gym. Flat bench (reped with 2 plates but feels lot lighter than 225 lbs), conventional pull (reped 2 plates and NO PAIN), a bunch of back work out and felt pretty damn good! This was a much needed rest!

 

Also, anyone on here who has/had back problems but was able to use Tempurpedic to help with back pain?

The PL meet didn't go as planned.

Only got my opener for bench. 15 lbs PR but had hoped for something like 25-30 pounds judging by how well training has been.

At least I think I know what my weak points are. Can also get back to bringing up my leg and knee strength again during the new training cycle.

Tough break, man. Sometimes it comes together on the day, but unfortunately sometimes it doesnt. Did you open too high maybe?

 

My 2nd meet was yesterday, and thankfully it was in the former category. Went 9/9 totaling 557.5kg/1229lbs @ 82.8kg/183lbs. PR squat of 210kg and PR deadlift of 230kg, bench stayed pretty flat over the three months so really have to put my thinking cap on about that, but i knew going in.

Congrats on the meet result, Aidan. 9 for 9 with a total PR is a great result. 

 

This guy also had a pretty good meet.
