I've started using elbow sleeves to protect my elbows. I like them. The compression feels nice too.

Tuna salad. Use Greek yoghurt. Add walnuts and Chop up some hard boiled eggs to get the fat higher.

Turkey meatballs. I got a good recipe for these. Makes 2 servings at about 65g protein 20g carbs. Pretty much just Turkey, oats, egg, tomato paste and spices. Taste good hot or cold.

You can get some pretty good chicken sausages at Wegmans/whole foods/trader joes that taste good cold too. Just cook a few packets of them and eat put them in the fridge. Spicy jalapeño ones are traders are 36g pro/18g fat and minimal carb and pretty good. Wegmans is better tasting with better macros (33 pro/8 fat) but I'm assuming you don't live near a wegs.

Fats and carbs are pretty easy to eat cold and add to the above.
Ezekiel bread, fruits, veg, cereal. Nuts and nut butters.

Why not a chicken caesar salad? Just portion out your caesar dressing (I like Cardini's Garlic Lemon Caesar) correctly, and a cold sliced chicken breast would work perfectly in it. Just put it in the fridge, keep your dressing separate, toss it in a tupperware container right before you eat. Easy

Any dressing would work really, and you can add veggies accordingly (use spinach instead of lettuce, add in whatever else you like) and it'd be easy to portion out. Just need to cook the chicken at some point ahead of time.

Ducktrap Wild Mackerel Fillets
2 oz - 12g protein, 8g fat, 0g carbs
They're are about 3.5 oz per package, so close to your macros but missing the carbs. Pop them in a wrap or raw nori and maybe some rice. Super tasty.

I'm a low-carb guy, so not as familiar with how to carb it up but making it a roll would do the trick.

You guys like true nutrition whey right? Where to get it cheap?
Never bought any, but don't they only sell direct? They have some sort of referral program though where people get personal codes. If you look at their forums you can find out more about it.

Yea I just buy it off the site.... best whey isolate by a landslide
post #48404 of 57262
I thought someone had a discount and or referral code.

use MEADOWS

I think that should still work. The codes are only 10% off.

If it doesn't work then just look at the forums and you'll find a code pretty quick, most people have one in their sigs on the forum.
