Tuna salad. Use Greek yoghurt. Add walnuts and Chop up some hard boiled eggs to get the fat higher.
Turkey meatballs. I got a good recipe for these. Makes 2 servings at about 65g protein 20g carbs. Pretty much just Turkey, oats, egg, tomato paste and spices. Taste good hot or cold.
You can get some pretty good chicken sausages at Wegmans/whole foods/trader joes that taste good cold too. Just cook a few packets of them and eat put them in the fridge. Spicy jalapeño ones are traders are 36g pro/18g fat and minimal carb and pretty good. Wegmans is better tasting with better macros (33 pro/8 fat) but I'm assuming you don't live near a wegs.
Fats and carbs are pretty easy to eat cold and add to the above.
Ezekiel bread, fruits, veg, cereal. Nuts and nut butters.
