Are you allowed to roll it towards yourself a bit during the lift like that?

Yeah. Just can't have any downward movement after the bar starts moving upward.

All about the FORM (i.e. the depth of the squat). Not the weight.

uhhh.. okay? dozingoff.gif

Those are massive pulls. Are those in ipf or what fed is it?

Just did a quick google search and the 74kg Open Classic IPF DL record right now is 296.0kg and kojo pulled 296.5kg in another vid. 310kg pull is the pending record though.

EDIT: Realized I totally bit Charly's style without even knowing it. Volt romaleos, black singlet, black t-shirt and black socks.

Probably just an IPF record. That Paul Nguyen pull at RUM is still the DL WR at 165 across all feds

EDIT: Not even IPF record. This is the current IPF WR: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJnw0STl-kk

Sup bros, I'm back from the dead. Went from nights on the wards back to outpatient Pain Med. Gonna be hitting peeps with the roids for the next 4 weeks and trying to recoup my lost gains.

Urgh... clothing is starting to look bad on me.

Never really experienced before since I used to be skinnier.

Blazers and coats just don't look right. Like too accentuated shoulders.

Tops need to be on the longer side or my hips and thighs look big.

Pants need to have longer rise and cut larger in the top.

I've had some problem with finding good fitting pants before and so on, but now it's just not only a problem of the fit, it just looks wrong like the proportions are screwed up. Noticed it when I was shopping around for a tailored winter coat and none of them looked right, and I'm not even big yet.

Pretty ironic how lifting makes you look worse.
