I just bought this book. it's got a lot of meat/veg based recipes and is all about stuff you can reheat/eat cold.
In my opinion when I see a guy squatting FOR QUALITY REPS at 225, he has my respect. I see very few who squat that much for reps. And when I do my squats at the end of my leg workout, when I'm fatigued, it is possible that I'm not able to squat 225. And front squats at 225 is about my max.
All about the FORM (i.e. the depth of the squat). Not the weight.
Just did a quick google search and the 74kg Open Classic IPF DL record right now is 296.0kg and kojo pulled 296.5kg in another vid. 310kg pull is the pending record though.
EDIT: Realized I totally bit Charly's style without even knowing it. Volt romaleos, black singlet, black t-shirt and black socks.
Urgh... clothing is starting to look bad on me.
Never really experienced before since I used to be skinnier.
Blazers and coats just don't look right. Like too accentuated shoulders.
Tops need to be on the longer side or my hips and thighs look big.
Pants need to have longer rise and cut larger in the top.
I've had some problem with finding good fitting pants before and so on, but now it's just not only a problem of the fit, it just looks wrong like the proportions are screwed up. Noticed it when I was shopping around for a tailored winter coat and none of them looked right, and I'm not even big yet.
Pretty ironic how lifting makes you look worse.
