actually no.. korean women also don't rank too high on my likes. I like gingers and brunettes. white european descent, jewish girls, latinas, and mixed girls. the asian wimminzzz come secondary.

Damn you are really close to my stats.

I'm the heaviest I've been in a long, long time. 192 for the past 8 weeks or so. the two years before that, I've been fluctuating around 170. I'll probably stay around 192 until I catch my numbers up a little. my numbers for nice for my bw of 170 but now, I need to do some work. I still miss my numbers from back when I was in my late teens and 196 pounds. trying to get there again and surpass it. hormones at that age are CRAZY

I've got a few inches on you. But I also hover in the mid 190's range. But I can't comprehend being able to stuff in more than 6k calories in a day. Did you have to adjust to this or just dive in (slowly)?

Day 1 of hotel workouts. Ran about 1.5 miles. Lots of abs, pushups, pullups, etc.

Might just get a membership to 24 HR fitness like I was talking about awhile ago.

I'm looking for workout shorts that are especially slim in the thigh. I have thin thighs and all of my workout shorts wave like flags from my legs even in the smallest sizes. I've seen some high end stuff occasionally that seems to be slim fitting (equivalent to Geller sweats for instance) but I don't want to spend over $100. Any recommendations?

yo adidas cool climate. its what i wear. it stops just above my knees. not too short not too long. and the thighs are pretty slim although not skinny slim. the fabric is awesome. love working otu in these

at first, I could only get into about 8k tops. but week by week, I could stuff more and more in. as long as I break 10k, I'm a happy camper. but I'm trying to break 13,500 today. 15,000 would be my limit.

Go the one by 119th and metcalf, I think they have specials going on right now. If you join a supercenter, you can pretty much have access to most of all 24 hour clubs across the nation.

Man it's a tough call. I'm literally 30 seconds from my gym the week I'm in town, but over half the month I'm on the road.

Whats your goal with this? Or are you on a specific program? Cause if your just hovering in the 190's it doesn't seem like bulk is priority #1?

nah, none of it's for looks or losing/gaining weight at all. did the whole slim and 5% bf thing for a couple years but that's too easy and I got bored of it. my goal is to get an unequipped 405 bench, 500 squat, and 650+ deadlift in the 198 class. currently just trying to stay around my weight right now without gaining any bodyfat - losing some bodyfat wouldn't be bad. weight has been holding and I'm looking a tiny bit leaner week by week, so I'm losing a little bodyfat here and there which is alright by me. I'm content in 10-12% territory right now. if I ever want to get to 5-7% again, I'll just do it. ain't nothing to it really. but I don't see it happening anytime soon because I want to keep on adding to the weights.

Ha. When I said program I did NOT mean for aesthetics or weight loss.

I totally understand. I was at 7% as a competitive rower/runner but was bored after a while... and for myself I got sick of having to count calories to stay in a weight class I didn't want to be in. So I decided to give myself a few years to adjust body comp and maybe go back to rowing at a weight I'm happy at... But right now I'm falling in love with heavy lifts, which may cause a problem.

It's funny you say it ain't nothing to dropping to 5-7% bf, because when you've been there and you know the work it takes, it really isn't hard to just do it again.

ahh I misunderstood..

I don't know how you kept it 5-7% but it was just counting calories for me. never did an ounce of cardio when I was that low.

nowadays I just do light incline walking 20 minutes a week to try in hopes to try and keep my heart from getting huge and exploding from all this heavy lifting.

Do you drink much these days? I recall from lurking over at SuFu that you used to drink like a fish.
not much these days. quit for a bit and now I only drink ~4 beers a week. that reminds me, when I was 5-7%, I used to go through 2 handles a week (not including all the drinks I got when I went out) and 1.5-2 packs of smokes a day. SECRET TO GETTING SHREDDED BRAH!
Wouldn't surprise me if that worked for some people. Actually I wake up significantly more cut after drinking due to dehydration.
