Is he shredded?

He's fit for certain, don't know if he's shredded. Only seen him in suits and dress clothing.

Pyramid sets up to something like 55-60% of squat 1RM, for maybe 1-3 sets of 3-4 reps. It feels way heavier when you have to slow down on the way up. Like every rep is a grind.

Wth, found a source nearby that sells big T 80$ for a bicycle. And here I am, trying to find reasons not to get on that stuff (cost being one of them) foo.gif

Anybody have recommendations for IPF approved singlets?

I tend towards inzer stuff because theres a great Canadian powerlifting shop that really only carries inzer and SBD but I'm not a huge fan of the inzer one and the SBD is too expensive. Looking for something without a huge logo plastered on it for under $50 preferably.

$80 for a vial of test is insane, I pay like $6 an amp for pharma. To be fair I was looking at my non natty testicals and they are on the same side but not really noticeable. Got on it, I pulled 180kgx12 today. Hoping for a 260kg pull by next summer.

I joined my unis rowing society instead of rugby because i figured it's more about athleticism then rugby and once i learn how to row I can just jack up my red blood cell count and use my jewcy legs to be sick at it. Talked to the captain, been put on the first team because no one is nearly as strong or as built as me and even if I don't have the same level of conditioning as everyone else I can get that quickly apparently? Also joined the bee keeping society, gonna smash some ketamine and go roll around with the bees in a little bee suit, it'll be beautiful.

Started my blast today, 50mg of tren ace every day and 250mg sustanon a week. Dreading pinning every day again, but it'll be fine.

Pulled 180kgx12 160kgx17 today. Feels good man. Gonna go buy some like gilets, fairisle shit and polos so I can be preppy as fuck and be like jah i row.

Seems like you get what you pay for though. Just bought a Titan one and it is clearly nicer than the Inzer one.

Back to food.
Sweet potato hash. It's been cooked and is good to eat as is, but it doesn't get really awesome until you cook it in a skillet the day after and get all the crunchy caramelization.

Just figured I should put most of my money towards a pair of SBD knee sleeves and wrist wraps so I was looking to spend the least on a singlet. I don't really have a huge budget.

Can't speak from experience but I suspect you prioritized correctly (if you already have a nice belt and proper shoes to squat with)
