Its because Charly actually knows how to dress for his build, unlike those lifters who wear raw denim and tight polos... hehe

Nah, but on a serious note I think you can see how wide and big he is. The difference to most guys who look that they lift is that he still has good proportions between lower and upper and waist to shoulders, and that nothing fits too tight.

Mirin the posture. No a hint of ATP or other issues, everything is in alignment.

Bought the uniqlo loose fit taper's from their pure blue japan collection. Fits really good on my big ass thighs and butt, without feeling super loose in the waist.

RE: core training and back issues. Reason I asked is that it seemed like nobody had mentioned it. I was born with 2 vertebrae in the T-spine fused together. I had chronic lower back pain and scapula numbness until I was 14 and started "working out" - basically just doing a ton of anti-rotational work for my core and lost of reverse hypers...and arms, of course. I literally had a hunch back and extremely rounded shoulders until I was 15-16 and all that core stuff started paying off.

Just looked at the collection. Looked gross. Looks like some shit the mice in rescuers down under would wear.
