True but an old house that was built in the 30's and in bad shape, and in a working class neighborhood kind of is. You can sell it and take your CA money to buy a nice house some where for a nice retirement.

House prices in a NZ are ridulously overvalued. I really hope the bubble pops but it's kinda exacerbated by the fact that there's no capital gains tax so those with capital can just buy and flip for fun while those without have to get a ridiculous mortgage to get a foot on the ladder.

Also, a friend pays like 3k a mth for a 3 br house with a small back yard in sunset, is that still considered sf, as in "the city"

I feel your pain, bro. My Iron Heart gotten tight in the waist area. They were too heavy to wear during the summer. I stuff the waist full of other jeans to stretch them out for a few weeks. I put them on last night and they fit pretty damn well.
