I mean, sure if you want. I'd recommend a cyclops or kurt kinetic. They'll cost you though.

Isn't there some san fran ppl here? How much do you have to make a year to live there? I'm living very comfortable here. Was considering some employment opportunities in San Fran and the wage offers are attractive, but I'm wondering if like 70% of it will go to rent / house. I live well within my means, I don't like going out to eat and I don't drink so that seems like what most people in san fran spend their money on.

Rent in the bay has EXPLODED in the last few years.

I live about an hour drive from SF. Parking sucks ass in the city. Cost of living is about shits tons higher than where I live. Average rent for one bedroom studio/apartment (3k/month) is higher than my mortgage. Rent is about 3 times higher than the national average. Also, not sure if you like shit tons of people crowding up about 8 square miles. I enjoy visiting the city but hate staying there.

Had a tiny old (and rent controlled) studio apartment in an AWESOME location for $1200/mon. A thing of the past now tho.
Also a practically brand new studio (was about the size of a 2bdrm tho) in an even better location for $3k/mon

Don't live there anymore tho. Definitely more costly than NYC.

Yip and even more if you live in places like Russian Hills. My grandmother in law owns a house in the outskirts of The Mission and not in the greatest shape and it's worth well over a mill.
