I've had a cheat meal on the weekend after 10 days of low carb (30g carbs max a day). I think I'll stop having sex and have more cheat meals.



On the downside I was shopping for pants today. But unfortunately I need a size 29 or 30 in the waist and that looks like I'm wearing leggings in the thighs and ass with freaky low waistband which is not a look I care for in chinos. I wonder what would happen if I would start to really train legs more serious. Is there any magic trick in finding fitting pants? I ended up buying tight ass jeans that make me look YOLO as hell.

Looks like a fine example of a low-bar squat to me. I see nothing wrong with it, except for maybe a little more upper back tightness before the unrack which would have probably helped on the ascent.

That ascent wasn't really the best. He looked like he got stuck, then his ass comes up, and then the bar. Certainly not the worst I've seen, but...

And that's where the back tightness comes into play. If you aren't really really ready and stable on un-rack, you might as well re-rack and start over. Shit happens to me when I'm pushing for a 1RM. First thing that happens when I break form is hips shoot up, and I halfway good morning that shit.

There was a chubby chinese guy and an indian manlet lifting in the gym today. Tonnes of lifting gear, they were snorting ammonia during lifts and shit, asian guy had a singlet on. Indian guy was surprisingly strong, squatted 150kg, which must have been over double body weight and the chinese guy was trying to oly lift snatching like 60kg or some shit. Neither of them did anything past doubles. So glad I started doing shit loads of volume and actually training upper body because neither of them looked like they even went to the gym. Just both chubby with no arms, chest or delts, just really big glutes. Ripptoe forever leading socially awkward kids to the land of massive glutes and elitism.

Not terrible, but the bar path is not good. His ass comes back out of the hole (bar gets behind him) then he has to slowly lean forward again to compensate. It's clearly a 1RM though so form is not going to be perfect
