Got 185x4 on bench today, then did 2x10 paused bench at 135. Decent day for 4 hrs of sleep.

Since I haven't been able to squat or do regular deadlifts for a while, I been hitting my hamstrings much harder than before with hamstring curls and RDL, SLDLs and good morrnings 4x a week for lots of volume.

 

Hamstrings used to be a major weakness for me so hopefully they've grown a bit and gotten stronger when I get back to squatting and pulling from the floor.

Omar Isaf from Youtube increased his DL by 80 lbs. doing stiff leg and good mornings. I poped in on his Youtube channel a few days ago and he's already hit 565 on DLs. Impressive.

Go with the recommended sizing. If you're borderline, go with the smaller size. They stretch out over time and now I can yank them up pretty high. If you're looking to get rebound, buy the SBDs and size down

I just want them for training to protect my knees I measure 39cm which would be large, but I see plenty of people recommending sizing down.

I sized up. It depends what you want them for. If you want true support then go tts or size down, I just wear them to keep my knees warm until I get to the work sets, so I sized up.
