17-18 I agree
If you just want to look good naked, dont do cardio. Save your effort for lifting, and cut calories.
Think about IF, suits the medical lifestyle

Not sure if that's enough time for gains but I've benched 275 x1 today. I think I could have grinded another rep but didn't feel like straining. I'm hoping my back would be 100% healed by the two weeks mark. If not, I'll just give it another week of icing and heating. I'm nervous to see how much of my gains on the squats and dead lifting I would have lost...ffffuuuu.gif

I think just to be on the safe side, when I'm healed, I'll go back down to cycle 1, week 1 of the Candito program. Bye bye 4 weeks of gains...FML

I haven't been able to squat and deadlift properly in 4 weeks and prob won't for another 2-3 weeks. And I have the biggest PL meet of the year coming up in 8 weeks, which I've trained for since May. Fun times.

I'm a big fan of very low intensity cardio for about an hour a day. I do like 4km an hour at 12.5 degree incline for an hour daily, I don't think it effects my recovery but I doubt most people have time for that.

Uni gym got another squat rack, Texas power bar, eleiko competition bar and DBs up to 60kg fuk ye

Going to russle the living shit out of my previous flat mates. Getting charged like a grand for repairs to the house, I didn't put any deposit down because my parents guaranteed the flat. I'm not paying shit. Not paying part of the $300 for my disgusting flat mate because he somehow managed to ruin the bed. Wtf how do you ruin a bed in a year? He told me to do tricep pushdowns instead of close grip bench for triceps so fuck him.

dat tricep development fuuuuuark, those child bearing hips. Another flat mate left a mirror in the flat, which we're being charged $100 to remove. Not my mirror so i'm not paying for that either.

How do your joints feel in general? I can't imagine what having 725 on your back even feels like. Do you think you'd squat more then you deadlift if you weren't wearing wraps?

Joints feel fine for the most part. A bit achy here and there but nothing I really notice too much.

Not sure to be honest. It'd probably be similar.
