Dude youre fucked

Naw I dunno. I did add one of those packs of taco meat seasoning to the marinade as the shit was pretty bland first try. Hopefully that will be enough to give it some more kick.

Cross posting this from another website. Limited colorways and sizes of Romaleos on sale for $120. This might work as a promo code to get 15% off: LKS1494S

edit: confirmed the promo code is valid. Just ordered size 10 in Volt. Perfect timing

Best 3x a week split? I might just go back to 5/3/1 with Bodybuilding accessory work. Just don't have enough time to do 4/5 days.

How much time do you have during each workout? I would go for some kind of full body plan.

Another idea is to do multiple workouts a day. They have to be pretty short workouts though.

Yeh, I used to do boxing for cardio. No matter how good your conditioning is it will kick your ass for the first few sessions. It's just one of those things that you can't really "prep" for without actually doing it.

As said above, it will kick your ass. Plus you feel badass for doing it. Beats the bike (my second fav form of cardio) any day.

Thanks you guys. There's a groupon for a boxing gym where 10 classes are 50 bucks or 20 classes are 80 bucks. I might grab the 10 class package to try it out. Might be a good way to mix stuff up over the winter. It'd be cool to learn to use a bag as well.

So much for that whole Rocky/ old bodybuilding culture thing of drinking raw eggs...

Yeah, I was young and stupid. This was YEARS ago haha.

Push, pull, legs?

Could probably also do push/pull, legs, push/pull, if you can run supersets and want some more volume.

This, or UpperA/LowerA/UpperB/LowerB etc

depends how much time you have.

Or, yeah, doing the Boring but Big plan for 5/3/1 would work.

Great week in FL. Got tan as fuck, a little burnt but not bad. Rode a jet ski, drank around the world at Epcot, laid by the pool, won $100 at the casino. Ate shit most of the time but got out jogging in the morning and whatnot. Went to the Packer game yesterday, we did it healthy, packing sandwiches and shit. Good time.

Back to the grind. Two weeks of hell trying to prep three bschool apps while doing everything else in my life, then hopping on a plane for a hellish trip to the east coast. Gonna start bulking after my interviews because I gotta fit my ass in my suit hahaha

Did I miss anything?

Fuck. Just got out of the chiro, had something called the "Graston technique" on some bicep tendonisis. I've had a LOT of ART done in the past, first time I've had this done. I don't know which hurts/feels awesome more.
It's basically a blunt straight razor that they shave your muscle with extremely hard.

I've had Gratson done on my adductor icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Now that I'm in a city that has access to all this stuff, I would have loved to do some martial arts stuff. I've always been interested in it, but it never quite worked out time-wise and my parents were against it because I wasn't very disciplined as a kid. Sounds funny cause it's the exact thing I should have been put into!

I think boxing is the middle ground that would be back friendly-ish. I can't see BJJ or krav mega or grappling or any of that stuff being good for your back if you've already put a big dent in it...

Every pair of Nikes I've ever owned was a 10 except the Romaleos. Had to get a 9.5
