I got sick just reading that.

@Cool The Kid where'd you get the TN stuffs?
TrueNutrition.com

Carbs are so great. I don't understand keto at all. I'm going to keep having 1-2 candy bars a day when I cut. Only ~50g of sugar total which is just a little over what ADA recommends (37.5g/day for the brahs), and all the sugar I've been getting in a day at all for the past month or so. IIFYM is god

50g/day would give me the worst fucking headache and crash.

Actually, no headche. Just crash. Whenever I have a cheat meal there's some kind of desert that's easily 50g+ and I just get sleepy.

Yeah my like 3 days of trying it were awful felt like death and worst of all I couldn't even get a pump, much rather cut on low fat.

Hit an 130kg front squat today, not an all time PR, but it's the highest i've gone at this bw and without any androgenics to make me ridiculously angry in the gym.

Trying to make some weird pumpkin pie thing that will fit my macros. Bought that tinned pumpkin shit and some spices, ammmmericuh.

We even have low fucking fat pop tarts now
post #47587 of 57266
The 2g of fat in a Pop Tart make way more of a difference than the 20g of sugar lmao.

Because those low cal foods cost more. You can buy 6 "whole grain sandwich thins" (low carb bread) for about $3, or you can buy a loaf of 20+ slices of regular bread for $1.49. Never understood how companies get away with charging more money while delivering less product. I guess there is more processing involved to get things low cal but still relatively tasty and filling.

You don't understand the science behind it? Or you don't get why people do it? Regarding the first, the wikipedia article is pretty good at explaining it. Regarding the second, people do it because it works. Is it the best way to cut? Maybe, maybe not. Not everyone can cut well with higher carbs, but nearly everyone I've known to do keto has had success.

I'm going to grab some of the TN stuff need to start supplementing some whey with breakfast. It'll make it like 60-80g protein in the morning.

I'm sitting at 165-170 right now. Feels pretty good.

Make sure you check out the forum on TN first and use somebody's 10% off code. Or just use MEADOWS if you don't feel like looking.

I just got a big ass order in from tn. No flavor whey to mix in Gatorade, yum. And a few other flavors
post #47592 of 57266
Have you had unflavoured whey before? Fucking grim.

Forgot to add the flavour powder to my unflavoured eaa's yesterday.

Absolutely disgusting. Couldn't even finish the whole shake.

Where'd you guys grab your romaleos or adipowers? Is eastbay with coupon code my best bet?

Update: So I pulled 330x5 super easy on Tuesday when I posted this. Tried to pull 335x5 today at my normal gym and couldn't get 1 rep. At least I broke the bar off the floor. It's probably time to cut back to deadlifting once a week.
